What Youโll Do
As a Healthcare Assistant, youโll provide vital care and support to individuals in care homes, nursing homes, and the community.
Personal Care
Assisting with washing, dressing, and mobility support.
Nutrition & Wellness
Helping with meals, nutrition, and medication reminders.
Companionship
Providing companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
Team Collaboration
Working closely with nurses, carers, and other healthcare staff to ensure the best outcomes.
Daily Living Support
Supporting residents with daily activities and fostering independence.

What Weโre Looking For
- Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential โ training provided)
